It's not in CVS yet, I'm waiting for your confirmation that it fixes the problem :)

Method 1: apply the patch. This means, save it into a file, say /tmp/kwordpatch,
then "cd koffice/kword" and "patch < /tmp/kwordpatch" to apply it, then 
make && make install again.

Method 2: it's a one liner. Open contents.cc with a text editor and change the line.
It's a one-letter change, even :)
