Yes, there is support for that, using our color manager. I am not sure if
it is polished enough for you, so we'd appreciate feedback on that from
actual users...

Nope :) See koffice FAQ 11.1.
You may already know this, but there is also info at koffice.org/karbon.
If you still have questions about karbon14 feel free to ask them...
