Looks like your uic wasn't compiled with KDE support,
or your libkdewidgets.so is missing (or has undefined symbols)....
The workaround is to add 
<include location="global">kcolorbutton.h</include>
as the 3rd line of the .ui file (under <class>)....
but I thought this kind of thing was totally unnecessary since Qt3
(and libkdewidgets) ....
In any case - check if kdelibs installed a libkdewidgets in a directory,
that is listed in qtconfig's Library Paths tab.
