Have a look at http://www.gnuenterprise.org for a good set of ERP-oriented
tools.
KDE and GNOME have a few spreadsheets and business-graphic oriented
applications that you can use for this task.
For KDE, have a look at the DCOP protocol and KParts technology if you plan
to embed these components into your apps or if yop plan to remote-control the
KDE apps from within your ones.
