Yes, RedHat isn't very supportive :(. See http://dot.kde.org for more on this.
We've had someone contributing packages for previous releases,
the easiest way for you is probably to use the packages for RC2 or RC1,
whichever had RH packages.

The Mandrake packages might work, but for sure you won't get entries
in the K menu, you'll need to start them from Alt+F2.
