Just name the missing functions, so I will be able to add them.

Ok, just imagine following:
template file:
detail level 0:
	some labels and fields - customer id, etc.
detail level 1:
	all other data

data
	1 row for detail level 0
	other rows for detail level 1

So you will acquire one detail level 0 on the report 
and as many details as you want below it.
Can't see a difference from a report header with fields and
a detail level X.
Note, that details printed on the report in order of their row
entries in the data file, so if you want to generate detail level 0 only
once and before any other detail (like a report header), you can place
a <row level=0 .../> before any other row.

I definitelly need to know what is expected to be in the kugar in order
to improve it. So your suggestions, etc. are always welcome.
