Subject:    Printing fonts: Always sans serif

Is there a reason why, no matter what font I ask for, and no matter
how they look on the screen (which is properly), I always seem to get
Helvetica (or some other sans serif font) on my printouts (print to
postscript file, print to pdf file, print to my printer, no difference.)
