The kword templates on http://www.koffice.org/downloads/ have owner-only read
permissions in the tar.gz file.  I opened the tar.gz file in konqueror and
dragged-and-dropped the folder into the right directory for system-wide use,
but the .desktop files were read-only.  You may wish to correct this in the
.tar.gz file.

Also, there's no license for these templates in the .tar.gz file.  Perhaps one
should be included.
