It's worth adding that the most up-to-date koffice debs are at:

http://people.debian.org/~bab/kde3/

though these are for sid (unstable), not woody (stable).  The packages at 
p.d.o/~/schoepf/ however include backports of all the KDE3 stuff for woody.
