Looks like it's picking up the KDE-2 includes from /usr,
instead of the KDE-3 includes from /opt/kde3.

Try ./configure --prefix=/opt/kde3
(or export KDEDIR=/opt/kde3, should have the same effect).

But better compile 1.2-rc1 anyway ;)
