All koffice-development is discussed on koffice-devel@kde.org, user discussion 
on... well... koffice@kde.org, but you found that one already.

Kontour is pretty dead, unfortunately. Karbon14 is coming up, but it's not 
quite feature complete/usable right now. See some screenshots here:
