Subject:    Compiling KOffice CVS

Hi,
I just try to compile KOffice from CVS, but during the linking of KPresenter, 
the library 'libasound.la' is not found. In fact, this file does not exist, 
but I have 'libasound.so.1" and "libasound.so.2". How can I create a "la" 
file from this (I am using MDK 8.2 and KDE 3.1).
