Well, KIllustrator can give a very similar effect, but does
it with hatching. It *looks* like alpha transparancy, but the
colours are similar enough that it could be a fine hatch pattern
instead.
I just wanted to make sure...
Now, if it could do alpha transparency with pattern fills, then
I'd be *really* impressed. Plus full control of hatch patterns
like the various Artworks plugins allow for (i.e., being able
to specify width, colour and angle of both hatch axis).
