KMail is not part of KOffice.

Please us a more appropriate mailing list (for example: kde)

As first guess, you should try to look at SETTINGS/CONFIGURE KMAIL.
Choose the "Indentity" icon, then the "Signature" page and check your 
signature.

I suppose that the error is specific to the script. So I suppose that you 
would have to look in the script yourself.

If you need more information, ask an appropriate mailing list.
