I've just upgraded 'parts' of my KDE desktop to KDE 2.2.2 using various RPMs 
on the kde.org site and surprisingly enough it seems to have worked but for 
one small problem. I think that some of the import/export filters either did 
not get installed correctly or are the wrong version. 

I do not appear to have an RTF import filter for KWord. It doesn't show up on 
the 'supported filters' drop down list and attempts to import an .rtf 
directly return an error message that the 'filter is not installed'. 

How can I check on these filters (an admin mechanism would be nice) and where 
might I find them? Could they have been left out of the RPM?  Various 
information documents indicated I should install a KDESupport RPM, but that 
is nowhere to be found.

Any help/advice would be appreciated.
