Was a cvs tag problem, is fixed now.

Again KToggleAction :(
I had this problem at home, debugged it for quite some time without success,
and it doesn't appear anymore...
I wonder if it's a common miscompilation (wrong dependencies of some sort),
or really something that has been fixed now... Sorry, can't help.
