KWord CVS now has fully support for importing and exporting PalmDoc files.
The filter should be stable enough. It just need some tests, especially
with "real-world" documents.

All sorts of feedback are welcomed.

PS: Note about PalmDoc export filter.
PalmDoc format is compressed, however the filter won't create the smallest
possible file (i.e the best compression) in favor of speed. This means, if
you open a PalmDoc file and then save again, the size of the new file will
slightly larger (less than 10% though).
