Hi,
 I just installed RH 7.2 with KDE and I am very happy with it. Gnome 
just wasn't very good, congratulations to the KDE team. 
 I am having a problem with Search & Replace. I need 
to have a line deleted after I find it. For example:
^From:.* 
matches an entire line perfectly, however if I leave the replace box
blank it leaves a blank line. What I need to do is have the line deleted.
Are there any special characters that I can put in the replace box
to accomplish this? 

My end goal is:

From: deb@yahoo.org 
Subject: Test Message

Hi, I read your email....

to this:
Subject: Test Message

Hi, I read your email....
