If you've made modifications to a document, and attempt to close without saving, a \
dialog box comes up asking if you wish to save the document.

It would be useful if this dialog box contained the name of the file/document -- for \
example if you have many docs open in 'koshell' it's not easy to know which \
particular document the dialog box is for...
