As there is no specific licensing information about the stencil builder 
available, I have to assume the terms of 
http://www.thekompany.com/products/licensing.php3 apply. That doesn't look 
very Open Source to me. Compare this with 
http://www.opensource.org/docs/definition.html and tell me again I don't know 
what I'm talking about.

If it is indeed Open Source, then you might want to make that visible on your 
website to provide such misunderstandings.
