OS/Compiler notes: 

Printing from koffice doesn't work as  expected. 

Expected:
koffice prints the page/ slide etc. as shown 
on the screen

Here:
koffice doesn't use the font selected for printing, lines are not printed as lines \
but overlapping. It is almost impossible to read anything (preview, printout)

Yes, printing in KDE works (konqui, kate, kedit and so on). 

Oh, well, and koffice doesn't use / show the print-to-pdf-file and the other new \
options in kde 2.2.(1?)
