A couple of things...

1. An export filter for MS Word is in the works. With luck (and some free time 
from me and the others involved), this will make the next release, whenever 
that is.

2. The import filter has all the code to import pictures, but it was disabled 
(by me) for KOffice 1.1. I hope to be in a position to reenable it in the 
next release.
