Yes, the Mac use another encoding. However, the end of line option of Kate
and KWrite permits the user to choose also CR alone. So I think that the
KWord filter should allow this too.

I think that it would be better to be able to choose the encoding. QT's
QTextCodec have now "Apple Roman". I suppose that this should be the right
encoding for a Mac.
