Hi!

The attached patch adds an option for automatic mail encryption to the 
Identity setup. When enabled, the encryption action in the composer is set 
true when sending through this identity.

This is thought for people like me, who tend to forget to click on the little 
toolbutton and thus send unencrypted mails to people who prefer them 
encrypted.
