The reader window is already using a KPart (KHtmlPart), so 
we do use KParts.

Sharing code between KNode and KMail by creating a common 
reader window class that was a KPart could be an 
improvement. Assuming that the KNode and KMail reader 
window classes are mature and similar enough.
