Subject:    Bug#30279: Failure to launch 80% of the time, errors vary

Turning off anti aliasing fonts did not help, I also tried moving the config file of kmail in .kde/share/apps to the trash can and the new one it created did not fix the problem so i restored. I wll try to find out if the first message it pgp signed. 

how is it best to go about discovering this if kmail will not launch to allow me to view the emails?
