OS/Compiler notes: 

Whenever I run Konqueror or KMail, I don't see any icons on the upper icon bar. There is just an empty bar, a few small arrows that let me know that this icon could be "pop-up". When I press randomly at the bar, I can recognize that an "empty button" was pressed and an action is taken (like opening a reply window). It just doesn't display anything.
