Yes, that's the case.

I use xntpd to synchronize the time, so I guess the time is exactly the 
same.

The last sync line in /var/log/messages was

Jul 24 08:38:16 mnz66 xntpd[489]: time reset (step) 1.045299 s 

So, they where pretty close. I also checked that the machine that 
exports the NFS share is synchronised to the same master clock.


My computer is the only one computer that ever opens 
192.167.233.2:/home/schurig. So I'd say it's impossible that something 
other modified the file.
