This is a problem with the SuSE RPM's, then. Ask SuSE, please. We are 
not responsible for how distributions package KDE. If you can reproduce 
the problem with a self-compiled KDE, then this is another case and 
needs fixing from our side. But as it is working for almost everyone 
else...

It seems a structural problem in KDE2 that was not present in SuSE Linux 7.0 and 7.1. \
StarOffice, Netscape and Evolution deal with it good and accents seem to work without \
problem under Gnome. The problem is fatal for Spanish: A letter without accents is \
not imaginable!
