Actually in this case the key contained two encryption sub keys. One of
these encryption sub keys had been revoked. If you now tried to encrypt
a message to the person this key belongs to GnuPG only tried the
revoked sub key and exited with an error.
Currently KMail doesn't support the selection of the sub key which
should be used for encryption.
As workaround the user can simply delete the revoked sub key from the
public key. It's anyhow useless. After removing the revoked sub key
encryption works as expected.

Things to do:
- - Better error handling.
- - Implement the possibility to select a sub key which should be used
for encryption.

Ingo
