Unfortunately I think this will just hide the problem
rather than fix it.
To fix the problem I think it is necessary for someone who
can reproduce it to debug KMHeaders::msgRemoved
I would iterate over all KMHeaderItems and check that they
contain valid data, at each stage of msgRemoved.

It could also be a compiler bug, it would be nice if Achim
could tell us which compiler he is using (gcc -v)
