@localhost isn't very useful (here)  On most boxes here are 'root' and
'the-user' but your group has 200 so I would like to make it configurable.
So I can add our local domain in the config.

For me one global option would be enough but other may want more so ...
My impression is that this feature is best represented like identiy in
composer.  If there's one (most cases) composer shows nothing. Are there
are more one can select them like Identity in the composer.

	Identity         ...
	Default Domain   ...
	To:              ...
	Cc:              ...
        ...
