I'm not sure if the KAddressbook is really the right place for group 
support. Is there any other program apart from KMail which could make 
use of group support in the KAddressbook? KNode certainly doesn't need 
group support. If KMail is the only program which needs group support 
than it may be better to build the group support into KMail.
