This is already fixed in the development version.

That is, because subfolders of the special folders are currently not allowed.
I personally don't see a need for that, but it was recently discussed, to
allow them at least for all folders besides outbox.

Package: kmail
Version: 1.2 (using KDE 2.1.2 )
Severity: normal
Installed from: SuSE
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release)
OS: Linux 2.4.0 i686
OS/Compiler notes:

 - In the left panel, special folders like Inbox, Outbox... are the first ones. \
                That's OK.
 - If I right-click on a message and click on 'Move', these folders are sorted \
alphabetically ! Worse: as I have a French system, 'Corbeille' (Trash) is put between \
R and U, 'Réception' (Inbox) is between H and J, which is disturbing.

 - If I want to modify a folder, these special folders seem to have disappeared. I \
don't really understand why.

That would be nice to have only one behaviour...

 Christophe

PS : Thanks & Vielen Dank to all developpers of Kmail. Konqueror and Kmail are the \
two tools which have made my switch to Linux easy and painless. And I really don't \
miss NS 4.
