Subject: CPU load 100% after quiting kmail
From: csab3063@uibk.ac.at

Package: kmail
Version: unbekannt (using KDE 2.2.0 \6alpha1)
Severity: normal
Installed from: SuSE
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release)
OS: Linux (i586) release 2.4.2-4GB
OS/Compiler notes:

I'm using an IMAP account in kmail (KDE 2.2 alpha1). After quiting kmail I noticed \
that the CPU load is constantly on about 100%. Looking into KPM gives me the culprit \
                eating my CPU power:
kdeinit: kio_imap4/tmp/socket-alu/klauncherjr2g8b.slave-socket \
tmp/socket-alu/kmail...

after terminating it manually via KPM, the CPU load is freed again.

hope this helps
