The addresses without a domain part are removed by the mimelib functions because they are no valid addresses according to RFC 822. Oddly enough, a list of only local addresses (for example 'devendra, foo') isn't deleted. As a workaround to this drawback of mimelib KMail should scan the address fields (To, Cc, Bcc) for local addresses, i.e. addresses without domain part, and add '@localhost' to them, so that these local addresses aren't removed by mimelib.
