Hello Marc...

I'm sorry. I would try this except that I'm running 2.1.1 as a FreeBSD port
and I simply don't know enough about FreeBSD to build kmail from CVS sources.
I've only recently begun using FreeBSD and I'm afraid of screwing up my
system!

For what it's worth, I have a few cases where this behaviour occurs with only
a single To: recipient.

Also, I believe every case where this happens involves a filter that's
looking for items with a "[list_name]@freebsd.org" address. I have 34 filters
defined at the moment and I don't believe I've ever seen this happen with
anything but freebsd list mail. I've tried deleting and recreating the
filters, but I still get the same behaviour.

It happens with almost every batch of mail I retrieve. I'm getting into the
habit now of hitting "k Ctrl-j" every time I start reading new mail.

If there's anything I can do short of testing from CVS, please let me know.
Thank you for following up.

M.
