I haven't had time to confirm/deny this yet, but someone reported to me 
(verbally) that upgrading KMail to the latest version (with the new filter 
code) resulted in all but the first action for each filter rule to be lost.

Eg they were using set identity and transfer actions and only the set 
identity action remained after upgrading.
