The last parent folder in a folder list (and it has to be the last folder as well) \
won't expand on message hover.  So when I am trying to drag messages into a \
sub-folder, I have to first expand the parent then drag the message.  It works fine \
for all other folders but the last folder.  If I add a simple folder below it the \
folder will expand just fine, it is only when it is a parent folder at the bottom of \
the page that there is a problem.  

This parent folder is part of another parent folder, and I haven't tested if that is \
an issue or not as I don't have enough top level folders to attempt to expand a top \
level folder at the bottom of the folder list.
