I agree with Forest. All widgets (like text fields, submit buttons
etc.) in a HTML mail should be disabled so that it's not possible to
type in anything or to click on any button.
I suppose an "enableFormWidgets" has to be added to khtml (similar to
enableMetaRefresh).
