OS/Compiler notes: RedHat Linux 7.0 - Kernel 2.2.19

If I attach a large group of files in a message at one time (18 or more) Linux stops \
responding and I would have to reboot. (unintended fork bomb?) I have no problems \
attaching 7 files or less at a time until I have all the files I want to attach in \
the message in question.
