Subject:    Bug#24785: option for interoperability: renaming of special mail folders

Use the source luke, config keys for setting inbox, outbox, sent-mail, trash, 
and drafts folder names can be found in kmkernel.cpp. eg inbox key is 
"inboxFolder", section is "General" normally the config file for KMail is 
~/.kde/share/config/kmailrc
