I have used 'reversed logic' in netscape, don't know if it works with
Kmail. My last rule reads along the lines:

if
  [to or cc] doesn't contain
  <my mail address 1>
 -and-
  [to or cc] doesn't contain
  <my mail address 2>
 -and-
...
 -and-
  [to or cc] doesn't contain
  <my mail address n>
then
  move to folder "Junk"
