Hmm, speaking of BCC: I came across the fact that if you let konqueror
call kmail by clicking on a mailto:-URL that contained preset fields,
like
mailto:Marc@Mutz.com?subject=hello&bcc=someone@somewhere.com
the bcc field is not shown in the appearing kmail composer if it was not
selected to be shown before. So someone might use this fact to add a bcc
that the user does not see. I think this is just as bad as not showing
the file extension of attachments (the Outlook virus obfuscation
function).
