Not on my system... perhaps the Debian packages for KDE 2.0 had an even o=
lder
kmail.
But since there are no new KDE packages for Debian potato (and I don't wa=
nt
to spend countless hours building kde from source, and making sure I have=
all
the development files necessary), I guess I'm out of luck. I'd have to g=
o
back to using mutt.

It can't be. Because 'mutt' is able to send to multiple addresses.
