It is not obvious how to get a good filter rule out of a mailinglist posting 
address.
Simply filtering all mails that contain that address in the To or Cc field is 
a very bad idea, since it does not work always. Most mailing list servers add 
a custom header to the mail for that.

Also I for example want to filter a single mailing list aotomatically into 
three different folders.

In any case this is not a bug but more a wishlist item.
