This worked justly. :-)
However, I must reset in "iso-2022-jp" by oneself because this patch
becomes "us-ascii" (http://www.kde.gr.jp/~toshitaka/kmail3.jpg)
that "Default charset" is "iso-2022-jp"
(http://www.kde.gr.jp/~toshitaka/kmail2.jpg).
