On Kmail Client,  Settings, Configure Toolbars, select Undo icon from "Available Actions", 
move to "Current Actions", select OK.
The Undo icon appears in the Toolbar and the Menu bar disappears. 
I cannot/do not know how to get it back. If I create another user and launch Kmail as that user, 
the Menu bar is there OK.
Is this a bug? I have looked in the Kmail bugs list.
