Subject: Bug#17818: Kmail errors on checking pop3, specification issue?

2.1-20001218-1 is my exact kmail version.
2.1-20001218-2 is my kde2-base version, libs version, docs version, etc.

I'm on the Debian unstable tree and have the most up to date version they
provide.

I'm working with the pop3 developer to get this fixed, well, trying to get a
version without the forward slashes in the responce to PASS.

Could that have anything to do with this problem?

I'll email you privately with details of a test account.

Thanks for the help,
Vince.
