Hi,

kmail doesn't correctly code to-headerlines, when they contain german äöüß, i.e.

"Frank Röske" <paranoid@roeske.medicusnet.de> is coded as
To: "Frank =?iso-8859-1?q?R=F6ske=22?= <paranoid@roeske.medicusnet.de>

sendmail then produces a warning (unbalanced ").
